...to our on-line Bible study as a service of Mountain View Baptist Church. Our desire is that you come to know the Lord in a wonderful way and experience the peace that a right relationship brings. God is our friend and we must learn to draw closer to him. These Bible studies are designed with that in mind. Simply read the materials in the body of the lesson, then proceed to the Path Finder portion, do the assigned reading, and answer the questions. You may email us with your answers. We will go over them and send them back with our suggestions and other materials that might help. We look forward to assisting you in your spiritual growth and knowledge of our Lord.

Unwrapping the gifts that come to us at salvation...
the mysteries revealed

In this study we will unwrap the treasures that come to us by faith at the moment we are saved. We begin our journey separated from God by the sin nature all of us have. Salvation opens the doors of heaven and pours out so many good things. Follow along with us as we unwrap each gift and enjoy the contents together.

Lesson One...

In this lesson we see that we are totally separated from God and show us our great need for salvation and how God meets every need. (download lesson)

Lesson Two...

In this lesson we unwrap the terms, Saved, Born again, and regenerated to find how completely we are saved and made a part of God's family. Then we unwrap the terms, Propitiation, washed, and forgiven to see just how clean we now are before God. Each lesson shows just what God has done to bridge the gap between God and man.
